ShARE International Business Case Competition
A consulting-style case study that won first place, covering challenge framing through implementation.

Overview
A first-place submission to the ShARE International Business Case Competition, structured and delivered like a real consulting engagement, from challenge framing to a phased implementation plan.
Problem
The case required diagnosing a complex, ambiguous business challenge under time pressure and delivering a recommendation that would hold up to partner-level scrutiny.
Solution
We applied a structured consulting framework to break the problem into testable hypotheses, analyzed each against the available data, and converged on a single, defensible recommendation with a realistic implementation path.
